About The Position
As a General Liability Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for daily management of litigated files, documenting the files over the course of litigation, discussing legal strategies, analyzing reserves, assisting with settlement negotiations, and conveying pertinent information to management. The role requires regular collaboration with defense counsel and VP of Risk Management for strategic planning and negotiating damage settlements.
