Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Florida.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance defense and general liability litigation.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Client-focused, professional, and committed to upholding ethical and legal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of general liability and insurance defense matters.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
