Requirements

• Must pass a drug test
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation to work
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Knowledge of mechanics a plus

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience in Facilities Maintenance Occupations (Preferred)
• 1 year experience in Maintenance (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as front end loaders
• Maintain/cleaning the concrete plant, the yard, and all equipment
• Physical Labor: Power Washing, shoveling, breaking and chipping concrete within the mix truck barrels
• Sprays surfaces of truck with protective compound to prevent adhering of concrete
• Moving dirt, gravel, cement and aggregate
