About The Position

Mach3 Machine is a large precision machining company and a 100% employee-owned organization. We are currently seeking a General Laborer to support shop operations through material handling, shipping/receiving support, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
This is an entry-level, hands-on opportunity for a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and an interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with attention to detail.
• Continual learner: takes time to observe and learn new skills as time allows.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep work areas and the plant clean and organized.
• Contributes to team effort by collaborating and supporting the team on projects.
• Regularly loads and unloads trucks with parts and materials.
• Assist with general building maintenance and upkeep.
• Support team members and contribute to overall shop efficiency.
• Deliver and pick up parts from suppliers or other shops when required.
