You'll set-up and operate equipment according to specifications. You'll maintain quality production and safety standards. You'll maintain a high level of quality production by working to tolerance specifications. You'll learn to troubleshoot problems and make appropriate adjustments in order to recover as quickly as possible from mechanical failures. You'll learn to perform preventative maintenance on machines. You'll assure that the correct materials are used in the production process. You'll assist in the training of new employees. You'll learn to read and follow production and pack schedules. You'll maintain a clean work environment to help keep you and your teammates safe You'll sometimes perform other related duties as assigned by management staff.
