About The Position

- Prepares site for daily work, performs all housekeeping and duties necessary
for daily activities.

- Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules,
including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties as
required.

Requirements

• Plan work and select proper tools.
• Compare and see differences in the size, shape and form of lines, figures and objects.
• Visualize objects in three dimensions from plans and drawings.
• Make decisions based on measurable criteria.
• Work at heights without fear.
• May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Responsibilities

• General Housekeeping, including clean and prepare project sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Must be willing to lift and carry up to 50pounds as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials
• Operate small/large hand and power tools, pneumatic tools as needed.
• Handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
