Position Snapshot: Shift Hours: 1st shift from 5:40 AM to 5:50 PM Starting Pay: $21.86 per hour Schedule: 2, 2, 3 schedule with 12-hour shifts Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available after just 30 days of employment Position Summary: As a Production and Bakery General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our production and packaging processes. This entry-level position involves operating departmental equipment to produce high-quality products, including pizzas, and performing housekeeping duties. There are excellent opportunities for advancement within the first 12 months into machine operator roles. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A strong ability to work in a team-based environment Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written Capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently Willingness to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot environments) Flexibility to commit to 12-hour shifts
