About The Position

ASGCO has a General Laborer opening for a candidate that will be responsible for general tasks and operating a company vehicle. This applicant must be able to maintain high quality work, high level of attention to detail while ensuring personal productivity and safe operation. The right candidate must be able to take ownership, keep organized neat and clean. Requirements

Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT Certification
Basic math skills
Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations
Can lift up to 100lbs, bending, kneeling, reaching and standing for long periods of time, significant fine finger dexterity
Must be able to successfully pass a post offer drug test and background check

Responsibilities

Drive company vehicles for deliveries and pickups
Operate saws, cranes, and machines
Reviews and interprets written and verbal work instructions
Must be able to accurately read measuring devices
Effectively prioritize workloads and use of available resources within time constraints
Assists with keeping the shop in an orderly and clean state, following all company safety procedures
Responsible for quality control of all jobs and orders
Other responsibilities as seen fit by management
