About The Position

Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing a job right, and
likes being part of a team? As a General Laborer, you’ll support solar
installation projects by helping prepare job sites, assist with basic
construction tasks, and ensure everything is completed safely and efficiently.
Every day brings something new, from working on rooftops to helping improve
homes as part of bringing clean energy to local communities.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in construction, with experience using standard tools.
• Willingness to take on a variety of construction and maintenance tasks.
• Comfortable working at heights and on roofs for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry 40-50 lbs regularly.
• Dependable with a strong attendance record.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site setup, material handling, and general job preparation.
• Take basic measurements and support installation needs.
• Help with structural work such as framing support and reinforcing rafters.
• Assist in identifying and repairing roof issues, including leaks.
• Perform general home repairs related to solar installs, including siding and drywall.
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners while on-site.
• Document work with photos and notes as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle.
• Support the crew with additional construction and labor tasks as needed.
