About The Position

We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our night shift crew. In this role, you’ll work during non-production hours to clean around the equipment and perform minor maintenance to keep our equipment running. This work is performed outdoors and subject to the elements, so you’ll need to be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

Schedule: Monday–Friday starting at 4 PM, with occasional Saturdays based on needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• Organizational skills required
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 – 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with yard vehicles, forklift, loaders, and material separators a definite plus

Responsibilities

• Cleans around equipment so that it can run properly the next shift.
• Maintains plant productivity by proactively performing minor maintenance.
• Stationary equipment by performing PM’s on: Downstream sorting lines, conveyors and machines Diagnostics and repairs to industrial type of equipment including auto shredder, Mobile Equipment, Forklifts, front end loaders, skid steers, truck & Trailers.
• May be involved in a variety of other responsibilities including ordering of parts, welding, fabricating and performance electrical repairs (minor).
• Wears all necessary PPE when working in the yard. Follows company safety standards at all times.
• Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.
