About The Position

Performs a variety of physical labor tasks under direct supervision to support operations. Duties include loading, unloading, lifting, moving materials, and other general labor functions as assigned.

Bottom Line: This is a hands-on, physically demanding position requiring teamwork, dependability, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

• Required: High School Diploma or GED, and up to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, with up to 4 years of relevant work history.
• Prior experience in general labor, sanitation, construction, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor, including:
• Lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Loading and unloading trucks or other vehicles.
• Digging, refilling, and general site preparation tasks.
• Assisting team members with various operational duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
