About The Position

We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role is ideal for someone who wants to earn a paycheck while learning valuable, hands-on skills that can lead to long-term opportunities. No extensive experience required—we provide training and mentorship on the job. You’ll assist across multiple areas of the company, including job sites, the warehouse, and the sheet metal fabrication shop. Your day may include residential or commercial work or driving an Encon vehicle for deliveries—perfect for someone who enjoys variety. You’ll receive structured training and paid development, including two weeks of classroom and hands-on instruction to prepare you for success in the field. We provide all required tools and equipment—from basic hand tools to necessary PPE—so you’re fully equipped from day one. You’ll also have access to multiple support resources, both in the office and in the field, to offer guidance and assistance every step of the way.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Ability to drive safely.
Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
Able to always remain professional and courteous.
High attention to detail
This position requires a valid driver’s license.
Employment/education will be verified.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Able to work in a variety of extreme weather, hot and cold conditions.
Able to work off a ladder, sometimes at heights.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within a 50 mile radius of Stratford, CT.
