Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Reliable transportation required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Traffic directing experience is a plus (training available).
- Prior experience in general labor, sanitation, construction, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting and moving materials, loading/unloading vehicles, digging, refilling holes, mowing, and trimming.
- Direct traffic as needed (training provided if necessary).
- Assist with litter control and additional site tasks.
- Operate equipment and tools as required.
- Follow all safety rules and company policies.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
