About The Position

OVERVIEW Cadrex is searching for a General Laborer who uses small power/pneumatic hand tools to finish and assemble products according to specifications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participates in standard job rotations with team members to insure proper standardized work and ergonomic safety Maintains in-station process controls Performs required inspection of components and sub-assemblies Works with the Team Coordinator to report all variances and/or improper operations Works to ensure work area is maintained in a clean, orderly, and safe condition always Participates as a member of the Production Team in ongoing development, problem solving, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies Fosters cohesiveness regarding all major issues; e.g., direction, annual plan, budget, policy changes, etc

  • Ability to regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Knowledge of basic business math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision, while managing multiple projects
