2nd shift General Laborer – Weekend Shift (NEW!) Manitowoc Pattern and Machining, LLC 1445 Dufek Drive, Manitowoc, WI Weekend Shift Options: Night Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM Manitowoc Pattern and Machining (MP&M) is launching a new weekend shift and is seeking dependable General Laborers to support our shipping, receiving, and material handling operations. This role plays a critical part as the first and last step in our manufacturing process. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team that keeps operations moving — this role is for you. What You’ll Do As a General Laborer, your responsibilities will include:
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to safely perform physical job duties
- Comfort working with computers and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trucks using provided equipment
- Verifying quantities of received materials
- Receiving, tagging, and placing materials into inventory
- Preparing materials for shipment (wrapping, banding, securing)
- Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing lists
- Tracking inventory and shipments using computer systems
- Performing daily cycle counts and assisting with physical inventory
- Working with internal teams, customers, and vendors to schedule shipments
