About The Position

As a General Laborer - 3rd Shift, you will help other team members with fabrication and welding, operating machinery, deliveries, and maintenance and shop chores. This General Laborer - 3rd Shift role supports production, shop operations, and safety efforts while working in an industrial environment. The General Laborer - 3rd Shift position requires a strong work ethic and willingness to learn tools and equipment used in fabrication and manufacturing.

Requirements

• Previous experience working an industrial, construction, or general labor job
• Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing
• Able to follow all safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain a safe work environment
• Abide by standard work procedures and job safety standards
• Meet quality expectations for all output produced
• Perform manual tasks in varying temperatures, including lifting, climbing, standing, squatting, and bending
• Willing to learn how to use grinders, cranes, forklifts, plasma cutters, and other tools
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Additional duties and/or projects as assigned
