Requirements
- Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform manual labor tasks
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with assembly, fabrication, and general production tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on time
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
