Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
2-3 years of experience required
Safety awareness
Basic knowledge of mathematics
Good time-management skills
Detail oriented
Dependable
Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout the work-day

Responsibilities

Wear negative-pressure half facepiece respirator and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while following safe work rules
Weigh and measure raw materials according to detailed blend sheet
Load materials into mixer manually and with forklift
Prepare and affix labels for packaging
Package, palletize, ship and receive products
Practice preventative maintenance at all times
Inform management of any problems with meeting daily customer requirements
Maintain clean and safe work area
Work with silica, cement, fly ash and other materials or chemicals
