About The Position

We’re seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to support daily operations on active job sites. You’ll work closely with skilled trades and supervisors to help keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn new tasks
  • Able to work independently or as part of a crew
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
  • Must have your own basic tools
  • Physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • This job requires lifting, bending, carrying, and climbing.
  • Due to the nature of our work and as part of our commitment to safety and integrity, ALL final candidates are required and must successfully pass a background check and drug screening before starting employment.

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
  • Assist with general construction tasks including: job site cleanup, loading/unloading materials, and moving tools or equipment
  • Assist Carpenters, Cement Mason, and Heavy Equipment Operators
  • Able to assist with material takeoffs
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with the crew and take direction from supervisors, foremen, and members of other trades
  • Follow all safety procedures and project protocols to maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
