About The Position

Perform the duties of a team member within a retail environment. Operationally responsible for the daily tasks helping the maintenance and custodial team as directed by supervisor.

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 year related experience.
• Valid U.S. drivers license/Previous forklift training is a plus
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to calculate simple addition and subtraction
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standards exist.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Ability to safely negotiate ladders.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Show strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste or smell 100% of the time.
• Talk and hear 100% of the time.
• The employee must lift 10 to 50 pounds more than 1/3 of the time and no lifting of heavier pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, trash pickup and removal of common areas, offices
• Cleaning sidewalks, walkways and parking lots
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks. (Painting, material moves, landscaping, event setup/teardown, assisting Maintenance staff with various maintenance items)
• Assist with vendor coordination, email & WO system communication
