Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.
- Previous experience in a construction or labor-intensive environment.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented attitude with clear communication and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on-site.
- Perform general jobsite clean-up and organization to maintain a safe work environment.
- Support skilled trades and field teams with various construction activities.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a secure work area.
- Report safety concerns, hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required.
