About The Position

MOR PPM Inc. seeks a general labor position located in Palatka, Florida at the Seminole Plant site. Performs intensive physical construction labor duties/tasks to complete projects. Must be willing to perform a variety of tasks depending on project at various construction sites. The ideal candidate has a sense of ownership, is enthusiastic, is honest, and shows pride in their work and in being part of a team.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year work experience as a laborer.
• Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign
• May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above
• Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas
• Must have full range of motion consistent with age
• Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders
• Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises
• Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
• Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.

Responsibilities

• General Labor, lifting, climbing, hosing, working at different heights, enclosed tanks (containers), working inside and outside.
• Cleaning and maintaining areas in the plant.
