About The Position

POLYWOOD® is looking for a General Laborer to complete each product from start to finish. Whether it’s running a sewing machine, operating specialized equipment, or performing hands-on assembly tasks, your work will contribute directly to creating high-quality products for our customers.

Nice To Haves

While some positions require sewing machine operation, many roles do not require sewing experience. If you enjoy working with your hands and being part of a collaborative production process, we have a role for you.

Responsibilities

Sling assembly
Cushion stuffing using fiber or foam inserts
Cushion finishing and closing to ensure a polished final product
Cushion scanning and sealing
Boxing and palletizing
Fabric folding
Operating machines for grommets, zippers, buttons, and seat ties
