Job description and responsibilities: Restoration technician’s Primary job function is to perform disaster response or crisis management activities for water, fire, smoke and mold remediation.

Requirements

Must be a team player
Must have good communication skills
Must be able to pass a criminal back ground check
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to take part in after hours on call schedule
Must have reliable transportation to the office.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must be able to perform demolition (example drywall and carpet removal)
Must be able to wear PPE and appropriate respirator equipment when necessary.
Must be able to work in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics when needed.
