About The Position

POLYWOOD® is looking for a General Laborer to complete each product from start to finish. Whether it’s running a sewing machine, operating specialized equipment, or performing hands-on assembly tasks, your work will contribute directly to creating high-quality products for our customers.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • While some positions require sewing machine operation, many roles do not require sewing experience. If you enjoy working with your hands and being part of a collaborative production process, we have a role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Sling assembly
  • Cushion stuffing using fiber or foam inserts
  • Cushion finishing and closing to ensure a polished final product
  • Cushion scanning and sealing
  • Boxing and palletizing
  • Fabric folding
  • Operating machines for grommets, zippers, buttons, and seat ties

  • Full-Time Work in Peak Season
  • 40 hours per week during the Peak Season
  • 0 hours per week in the Off-Season
  • Holiday Pay for Memorial Day and Independence Day.
  • Annual merit increase in your hourly pay rate every year you return.
  • $500 on your first paycheck of the season to celebrate your return.
  • $500 on your fourth paycheck to end the month on a high note.
  • $1,000 on your last paycheck of the Peak Season to ease the transition into the Off-Season.
  • Available to employees who start before May 1st.
