The Restoration Technician plays a crucial role in restoring properties damaged by water, fire, mold, and other disasters. This hands-on position involves assessing, mitigating, and restoring damaged structures and belongings. Technicians utilize industry-standard tools and techniques for contaminant removal, water extraction, drying affected areas, and performing demolition and cleaning tasks. All work must comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures. New technicians receive hands-on training from experienced crew chiefs. The company offers significant opportunities for career advancement, with technicians demonstrating drive and desire potentially increasing their earning potential to between $60-80k annually after just 6 months of employment. The role also involves learning and performing various new skills, including equipment set-up, demolition of building materials, and packing/repacking personal property.

Requirements

  • Positive and fun attitude
  • Able to perform physical labor and able to lift 75 lbs
  • Must be able to read and write fluently in English
  • Clean driving record required
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen
  • Initial 24/7 on-call availability (temporary, until an additional technician is hired)
  • Regular travel to and from job sites in the Prescott area and surrounding regions is required
  • Occasional travel to our headquarters in Mesa, AZ (typically on a monthly or quarterly basis)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous 1-2 years of restoration experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to "Clean Guys" protocol
  • Assist in maximizing the job
  • Support the PM in all aspects of the job
  • Drive all Technician Playbooks and Outcomes
  • Drive Equipment Maximization
  • Live the "Clean Guys" Protocol
  • Learn and perform a variety of new skills, including equipment set-up, demolition of building materials, pack up and put back the personal property of customers’ homes affected by water or fire damage
