About The Position

Custom Concrete Ohio is looking for a dependable and motivated General Laborer to support our field operations in the Lebanon, Ohio area. This role is ideal for someone with a great attitude who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team. No prior construction experience is required—we’re willing to train the right person.

This position primarily involves shuttling company box trucks between job sites and occasionally assisting our concrete crews with basic labor tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Clean driving record (required)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, shoveling, and working outdoors
• No construction experience required—we will train

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and shuttle company box trucks between job sites and company locations
• Drop off trucks at active job sites for concrete crews to work out of
• Transport trucks to the next job site once a project is completed
• Assist job site crews with general labor tasks as needed, including:
• Job site cleanup
• Shoveling and manual labor
• Basic support tasks for concrete construction crews
• Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of vehicles and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
