About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Tilt-Up General Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, erection, and finishing of tilt-up concrete panels used in commercial or industrial building construction. This position involves physical labor, working outdoors, and following strict safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Experience with tilt-up construction is a strong plus
• Ability to read and follow basic instructions and drawings
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, climbing, etc.)
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and layout of forms for tilt-up concrete panels
• Prepare surfaces and materials for concrete pouring (cleaning, oiling, etc.)
• Help place and secure rebar and embed plates according to specifications
• Assist with concrete pouring, vibrating, and finishing tasks
• Participate in the erection and bracing of concrete panels using rigging and cranes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
• Support skilled tradespeople as needed
