Requirements

High school diploma or GED; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or-two step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

Responsibilities

Link/loop and hang product on various lines.
Correctly identify different types of products by placing the corresponding ID tag on sticks.
Obtain ready to use sticks (in carts) from the stickwash area to use once the line is operational.
Open rework.
Assist with set-up / shut down procedures.
Remove trash from line before breaks.
Identify, dispose of and weight any inedible product.
Report weight to supervisor/lead.
Follow GMPs, Safety and Quality Assurance rules and procedures.
Must wear required PPE.
Ensure proper housekeeping throughout shift.
Report any concerns to a member of management.
Must be certified to operate any PIT.
Must be LTT certified and follow all LTT procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
