About The Position

The General Labor Associate may perform housekeeping, repackaging, relabeling and other tasks to ensure product quality. This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans. Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future

Nice To Haves

• Have at least one (1) year experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility
• Experience in housekeeping, sweeping, cleaning, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping tasks
• Repackage and relabel products
• Ensure product quality
• Receive in product, open boxes, sort products
• Fill orders for end users
• Assembly of product packaging
• Pick and pack tasks or other similar warehouse/production type duties
• Review products and procedures to ensure quality
• Bag, hang or box products
• Empty bags or boxes
• Palletize products and handle shipping procedures
• Data entry as required depending on assignment
