About The Position
West Texas Cooling Tower in Pearland, TX, is now hiring for a General Laborer! Our company is growing, and we are seeking the right individuals to join our team. This position will be a contract-to-hire full-time opportunity. Successful candidates should be familiar with and/or have experience performing various duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves preparing orders for shipment, operating a warehouse forklift, and promoting a safe and clean work environment by keeping workstations and equipment neat and organized. Teamwork is essential as you will be working collaboratively to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the use of heavy-duty industrial power tools and equipment is required, along with other duties as assigned. Working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime on an as-needed basis. Benefits will be offered once the successful candidate becomes a full-time hire after the contract period.
