Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Good Driving Record
• Ability to pass employment and random drug test
• Ability to follow directions, work a GPS and tablet, and adjust to the work environment
• Proper work attire (pants, shirt with short sleeve at a minimum), above the ankle work boots, and required PPE
• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.
• Ability to perform work in outdoor environments with exposure to variable and adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to handle noise, vibrations, jarring, fumes, grease, oil, and chemicals.
• Physical ability to lift (50+ lbs), carry, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and reach.
• Requires focus adjustment, depth perception, clear close & distant vision, and use of safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive a pickup truck and perform physical labor to pick up debris including litter, furniture, tires, etc.
• Clean various highway locations in and surrounding metroplex assigned daily.
• Make numerous stops and exit the truck to remove debris/trash from highway shoulders and adjacent edges.
• Wear proper and required PPE while performing duties.
• Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted and maintain quality of work.
• Report any equipment failures, near misses, or accidents to Lead or Supervisor within 15 minutes.
• Perform labor duties as required by team lead/Supervisor.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
