About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer with CNC Machinist responsibilities to join a growing manufacturing team in Kent City, MI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has experience (or interest) in CNC machining, production, and manufacturing operations . The primary focus of this position is supporting CNC machining operations , while also assisting with general labor tasks across the shop floor to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor
• Exposure to or experience with CNC machining preferred
• Ability to read basic measurements and use hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or Machine Operator
• Familiarity with blueprints, calipers, and measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machining processes

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Load/unload materials and monitor machine operations
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Assist with deburring, assembly, and finishing work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support general labor tasks throughout the facility as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
