About The Position

Under the direction of the Value Stream Leader, the General Laborer/Assembler is responsible for conducting various tasks to support other workers in accordance with company policies and procedures. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Consult with VSL about scheduled production. Plan the most efficient methods of completing work assignments.
• Bags small parts and tags with bar code stickers.
• Bench assembly operations per work instructions and prints.
• Operates and cleans epoxy machine.
• Clean up debris from floor and clean work area at end of shift.
• Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the-job training.
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documentation, etc.
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
