About The Position

The position involves working as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime, and reducing waste. The role requires an active participation in overall plant and facilities-related work, assisting in all jobs on the plant floor. Adherence to company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures is mandatory. The candidate will maintain the shop and shop equipment according to 5S Standards and perform other duties as assigned. The job may require stacking parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must have a good attendance record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Possess an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.

• Starting salary range for position: $21.67 up to $27.54 Plus shift differential of $.75/hr.
