About The Position

As a General Labor worker, you will be performing varied duties which may include installing seats, roof hatches, lights, bolt tightening, installing plywood and sheet metal, among other tasks. General laborers must possess physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. The ability to concentrate on tasks is essential, as well as the capability to understand and communicate information effectively. Basic computer skills are also required.

Requirements

• Manual dexterity to use tools and factory machines
• Physical strength to lift and move heavy equipment
• Stamina to remain on feet for most of the shift
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments for 10-hour shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds for the duration of 10-hour shifts
