About The Position

Certain roles at Tyson require background checks. Job Details: Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays Hours - times vary per line you work Pay - 16.70/hr. --- Tyson of Rogers offer a based incentive on individual performance that range from $40 to $80 a day on top of hour wage for Debone and Hand Cutters only. We offer one on one job training up to 8 weeks This position is responsible for but not limited to: Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions. Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level. Must be able to perform the duties of the position. Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day. Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard. Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed. Must have good hand/eye coordination. Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.

Requirements

  • Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 180-day waiting period before you can reapply.
  • Number of Times Worked at Tyson: You can apply if you’ve worked at Tyson no more than three times.
  • Failed Drug Screen - if you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying.
  • Applications will be considered from the following counties: Washington, Benton, and Madison.
  • The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
