About The Position

The General Laborer supports daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include handling materials, operating basic machinery, inspecting products, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting machine operators and technicians as needed. Must be at least 18 years of age. Eligible to work in the United States. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a background and drug screening. Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Report for work on time to support production startup. Possess good physical stamina and coordination. Could be required to stand and/or walk for long periods daily while frequently bending, twisting, reaching and periodically lifting. Able to work as a team, good communication skills, basic math skills, physical dexterity.

Requirements

Follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.
Assemble items as instructed by the floor supervisor.
Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
Follow all company rules and policies.
Provide a high level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.
Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Clean-up work area daily.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
