Starting Pay $16.35 per hour All U.S. Based team members have access to fully funded online learning- from skills training and literacy programs to college degrees What to expect: This is an entry level, general labor role You can expect to be on your feet in a fast paced factory environment with repetitive tasks on a production line Because we are working with meat, we work in 38-42 degree temps All Personal Protective Equipment will be provided to the team member at no charge.
