About The Position

The General Labor position is responsible for supporting production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to read and follow a sequence of instructions and perform a variety of manual and machine-assisted tasks. Key responsibilities include:

Read and follow work instructions accurately.
Lift up to 20 lbs. as needed during the shift.
Push two buttons simultaneously using both hands to operate equipment safely.
Grip and install small clips as part of the assembly process.
Use hands or feet to activate machinery.
Enter quality measurements using a computer tablet.
Use simple gauges to verify part specifications.
Listen carefully, follow directions, and maintain attention to detail.
Demonstrate respect and teamwork with fellow employees.
