About The Position

You will participate in a variety of construction projects as they near completion. Specifically, we have opportunities for you if you have experience in the following areas: General Construction site labor and unit cleanup Landfill Clean Up Detailed interior cleaning Painting Drywall patching and texture Traffic control/Flagging This position is great for you if: You thrive in a fast paced, detail oriented environment This position isn't a good fit for you if you: Aren't reliable, punctual or self-motivated Can't maintain focus in a busy environment Don't like working around other people To be successful in this position, you must work well as part of a team and individually, enjoy working indoors/outdoors, maintain quality production at a fast pace and be able to meet the physical demands of the position

Experience in General Construction site labor and unit cleanup
Experience in Landfill Clean Up
Experience in Detailed interior cleaning
Experience in Painting
Experience in Drywall patching and texture
Experience in Traffic control/Flagging

Responsibilities

Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
Supporting skilled tradesman and assisting as needed with punch-list, finish work, drywall patching, texture, painting, minor repairs and other construction tasks
Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
Removing debris from sites and final cleaning of units before handover
Following all health and safety regulations.
