About The Position

The Warehouse General Laborer supports safe, efficient, and high-quality food production by performing hands-on assembly line and material handling tasks throughout the facility. This role is critical to maintaining production flow, product quality, and compliance with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, GMP policies, and production procedures
• Basic math skills including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, and grasping
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in hot, cold, humid, and high-noise environments while wearing required PPE
• Willingness to work overtime and in a multi-shift manufacturing environment as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on work on production and assembly lines including packing, recasing, repackaging, and product rework
• Maintain production line speed while meeting quality and appearance standards
• Prepare, stage, and replenish materials, packaging, and supplies during production runs
• Verify production codes, dates, and labels to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Build, stack, and manually palletize finished goods, stacking pallets up to 72 inches high
• Pack and move cases, pails, and materials as assigned
• Support production start-up and shut-down procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Follow all safety, GMP, quality, plant, and food safety policies
• Communicate production, equipment, or quality concerns to supervisors or team leads
