The ODLP General Labor position monitors cheese quality, adding back and/or bulking off cheese, inspection of product for extraneous, and assisting operators.
Follow all applicable safety rules and regulations.
Monitor product and product packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
Responsible for the operation of the processing conveyors in accordance with the company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Properly clean and sanitize all equipment following good manufacturing practices (GMP’s)
Responsible for inspecting product to ensure quality
Perform housekeeping and other daily duties as required.
Communicate effectively with co-workers, Leads, Supervisors and Managers.
Must be minimum of 18 years old.
Ability to speak, read, and write the English language.
Some manufacturing experience and knowledge of the Dairy Industry.
