Requirements

• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Ability and willingness to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level with minimum of 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability and willingness to use both hands for rapid mental muscular coordination, simultaneously.
• Ability and willingness to reach high and low levels, frequently.
• Ability and willingness to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently.
• Ability and willingness to stand/walk/climb/bend for up to 10 hours.
• Ability and willingness to distinguish between basic shades and colors.
• Ability and willingness to climb stairs several times per hour.
• Ability and willingness to work in wet and cold temperatures at 35 degrees.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds at eye level and above.
• Push 900-pound racks.
• Responsibilities include grinder head check, hanging, scaling, measuring, washing product, and recording information as required by Quality Control or management.
• Expected to setup and remove various machines and clean out metal detectors.
• Remove full racks, scale, and enter information into the computer.
• Help empty inedible pans and inedible barrels.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
• Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
• Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions as required for position.
• Perform any other work as assigned by management.
• Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.
