About The Position
Looking for steady hours, a 3-day weekend every week, and a team that actually works together? We’re hiring a General Labor team member to help build and refurbish propane tanks in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Pay & Schedule: $18/hour + $1,000 sign-on bonus Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:00pm (3-day weekends every week) What You’ll Actually Be Doing: Working with your hands (blasting, painting, assembling tanks) Operating equipment and staying active throughout the day Loading/unloading tanks and keeping production moving Supporting your team to get the job done safely and efficiently What You Get: 4-day work week (Fridays off) Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Company-paid dental, short-term disability, and $50,000 life insurance 401(k) with company match (immediate vesting) Paid holidays and vacation Stable, year-round work Requirements What We’re Looking For: Reliable and shows up on time Willing to learn and work hard Comfortable with hands-on, physical work Experience in manufacturing or with tools is a plus (not required) Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs Ability to work with arms above shoulder level at times This job may not be for you if: You’re looking for a desk job You don’t want to be on your feet and active all day You prefer a slow-paced environment Grow With Us: We provide opportunities to learn new skills and advance into roles such as welding, equipment operation, or leadership positions.
