Light Industrial Direct Hire General Labor Are you looking for a career change? Do you enjoy attention to detail and staying busy all shift long? Our Green Bay client is looking to add general laborers to their team! With a recent expansion, this plant is a state-of-the-art facility. Position – General Labor Job Location – Green Bay, WI Starting Date – Immediate Employment Term – Direct Hire Employment Type – Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) – 12 hour, rotating shift - working 1st, 2nd and 3rd Starting Pay – $22/hour Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus In general labor you will be operating various equipment, learning to perform preventative maintenance on machines, cleaning and other duties needed around the facility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Frequent bending and lifting
• Ability to stand up to 12 hours a day
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• At least 2 years of experience
