This is a hands-on, versatile role where you’ll assist with water/mold restoration work as well as carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning services. You’ll gain a wide range of experience, stay consistently busy, and develop skills across multiple service lines. This is not a one-dimensional role. You’ll be cross-trained across multiple services, making you more valuable, more skilled, and positioned for faster growth within the company.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work in various environments
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist with job site setup and preparation
- Perform general labor tasks including material handling, demolition, and cleanup
- Support restoration services such as drying, cleaning, and site prep
- Assist with carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning services
- Follow direction from supervisors and team leads to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces, tools, and vehicles
- Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours/emergency work
- Additional bonus pay for responding to emergency calls
