- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, move, and be active throughout the day
- Good attitude and willingness to learn

- Previous construction experience
Responsibilities
- Cleaning up job sites and hauling materials
- Assisting with digging, loading, and general construction support
- Following safety protocols and directions from the crew lead
- Learning how to use tools and equipment on-site
