About The Position

This position is responsible for the safe handling and storage of FRESH combed and FROZEN boxed materials intended for shipment or storage while awaiting shipment. This position will be using the SAP EIM systems for all daily tasks and movements. This position requires a PIT and Forklift operator license. This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner This position is expected to keep up with the pace and flow of production while working safely and adhering to all Tyson's policies and procedures. This role is expected to do any task deemed to be needed by the Shipping Supervisor or Lead. Able to work in temps ranging from 40 to -10 degrees Forklift experience preferred. Must be willing and able to communicate effectively with various workers and management workers Able to fill out quality assurance documentations with proper training, and complete temperature checks prior to loading into shipment order. Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times of employment. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
