About The Position

We are hiring General Labor / Production Helpers for our client’s automotive tube manufacturing plant in Rochester, MI. This is an entry-level role with room to grow into machine operation. You will work in assembly, leak testing, parts washing, and saw cutting.

Requirements

• Reliable and dependable – strong attendance is a must
• Able to read a tape measure (millimeter and metric)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Steel-toe boots required (company provides all other PPE)
• No prior experience required – we train motivated candidates

Responsibilities

• Assembly of brake lines and tubing components
• Leak testing, washing, and inspecting parts
• Operating saws for cutting parts (band saw and circular saw)
• Deburring and finishing parts
• General production support and material handling
• Keeping work area clean and organized
